adayonthegreen’ is a series of outdoor concert events, staged in wineries around Australia and recently New Zealand, combining a quality musical experience with fine wine, food and spectacular location.
The combination of the picturesque outdoor location for anyone who loves great music with the added bonus of being able to eat and drink, has proved extremely popular since its inception in 2001. adayonthegreen is about enjoying life’s simple pleasures in a no-fuss, relaxed environment.
Rob Thomas, lead singer of Matchbox Twenty and a hugely successful solo artist in his own right, returns to Australia this summer for a limited series of concerts in arenas and at the popular ‘a day on the green’ winery events. Special guest support artist Vanessa Amorosi
You could purchase tickets from Melbourne on the Move for bus service to Scotchmans Hill at Spray Farm, buses depart Fed Square at 1pm. Great move and no problems with drink driving.
