The Code Name Max team saw Renn, the assistant Brewer in action making Kolsch…. boiling wort and adding hops. We keep missing Justin, the head brewer, as he is in Melbourne attending a wedding and from what he tweets @thegrainkeeper, is drinking mountain goat.
Very excited that it is open Brew day at the Monk. The Code Name Max team will be there to see all of the action. Renn will be brewing Kolsch.
